In this context, information such as name, surname, telephone number, and licence plate number collected within the scope of our Loyalty Programmes, as well as family, social, and economic information about the individual, also constitute personal data.
2- Purpose and Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by our Company and its designated service providers or business partners for the following purposes:

2. To conduct our activities under the Positive Card and other Loyalty Programmes in compliance with relevant legislation and to fulfil our obligations under such legislation,

5. Conducting activities aimed at customer satisfaction,
6. Conducting advertising/campaign/promotion processes,

9. Conducting marketing analysis studies,
10. Implementing cardless payment methods and managing related processes, may be processed in accordance with the purposes.
3- Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected in accordance with the provisions of the Law through channels such as our Company, our affiliates, our dealers, or our solution partners with whom we have contractual relationships, or through SMS channels or online platforms in writing, verbally, or electronically.
For the purposes of conducting our activities under the Positive Card and other Loyalty Programmes in compliance with the relevant legislation, fulfilling our obligations under the relevant legislation, and providing you with services related to the Positive Card and similar loyalty programmes; in accordance with Law Article 5/2(a) (expressly provided for by law) and Law Article 5/2(c) (related to the performance of the contract); For the other purposes listed in Article 2, your explicit consent is obtained in accordance with Article 5/1 of the Law, and your personal data is processed in a manner that does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Personal data processed by our company is used only for the purposes of processing and is retained for the period specified by the relevant legislation.
4- Protection of Personal Data, to Whom and for What Purpose Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your processed personal data may be transferred by our Company to our main shareholders and group companies, domestic affiliates, or solution partners with whom we have contractual relationships, solely for the purposes and legal grounds specified in the Law and this information notice, in accordance with the Law and by taking administrative and technical measures in compliance with the Law.
5- Deletion, Destruction or Anonymisation of Your Personal Data
Your personal data processed for the purposes specified in Section 2 of this Information Notice will be deleted, restricted, destroyed or anonymised by our Company when the purpose of processing the personal data ceases to exist and, in any case, upon the expiry of the retention periods specified by the relevant legislation. by our Company.
6- Rights of the Data Subject as Listed in Article 11 of the Law
The rights of personal data subjects are summarised in the Law as follows:
